How to Remove Site Admin

I am trying to remove or at least de-activate a staff who has left our organization. I have removed them from "administrators" of the user management group but I cannot remove them off the "site admin" group. Is there some other process or place where I need to remove them from "Organizational Adminstrator"?

Hi,

I had the same issue. 

Fix:

- Go to https://admin.atlassian.com and sign-in if prompted. 

- Click on your Organization name. 

- Click on Settings >> Administrators.

- Remove the User. 

- Go back to User Management and you'll be able to Revoke Site Access for this user.
