How to add remaining hours or original estimate as a column constrain on Kanban board?

Searching Atlassian JIRA board, I found the following issue, Closed as Answered:  https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/GHS-10355

I don't see the "estimation tab" options on any boards in JIRA.  Can anyone assist with what I am missing here?

JIRA v6.2.7 here, any insights offered in how to accomplish this please?
