How to assign issue using Bob Swift "Create On Transition" Add-on

I'm not sure I should be asking questions here pertaining to add-ons, please let me know.

I have created an issue in another project and linked it using the Bob Swift "Create On Transition" add-on but am not able to assign the created issue or add watchers.  I've tried using names "Joe Smith" and email address "joe.smith@abc.com" with and without double quotes but have had no luck.

You should use the “username” of the user (as shown on their Profile).
