I want to include public holidays in my Slas, as some agents work during public holidays.
Is there a way to cater for public holidays in JIRA Service Desk?

Hey Swarna,
You should be able to create your own calendar in the SLAs page and enter all the holidays you want to remove from the SLA count so you can still have the SLA counting during the ones you leave out of the holiday list.
