How to change the name of 'System Dashboard'?

I would like the 'System Dashboard' to get a more 'personal' / user related name (e.g. "My Dashboard"...)

Does somebody know where I could change this tag?

admin.menu.globalsettings.default.dashboard=System Dashboard
