I support a Business Insights team & we use JIRA to raise tableau related requests, we were wondering how can we use JIRA for our team so that Marketing partners can raise request on JIRA & it should reach to my team ?
Do your Marketing Partners have an account on JIRA? If not, probably is better to use JIRA Service Desk, so they can raise requests and your team can review them.
