How to disonnect Jirabot or unsubscribe a project in Jirabot

Tom Wang April 5, 2018

I connected my JIRA cloud to the Jirabot on Slack and subscribed to a project, but I have no way to unsubscribe the project or disconnect Jirabot from my JIRA cloud. I do not see a command to disconnect or unsubscribe, and when I typed "/jira", "/jira manage", or "/jira help", I go to the same subscription page. At the bottom, there's something that doesn't load, as a spinner just keeps spinning. I tried the page in both Chrome and Firefox 59. Any ideas?

Looks like there's a bug on the page: I found this in the JavaScript console of Chrome.

Hi Tom Wang!
I am facing the same issue. How do  I resolve the bug?
Please guide me on the same.

Thank you.

It has been impossible to remove the jirabot... I have removed several times but every time someone creates an issue, the channel reappears and the notification is just annoying...

How can I remove that channel at once?

To remove Jirabot from a channel in your Slack workspace,

Type:

/remove @Jirabot

or

/kick @Jirabot

Thanks! I tried both of them, but neither worked, because I am direct messaging @Jirabot.
