How to do Impact x Emergancy = Priority

Hello!

I need to do a customized in JIRASD to set a priority based in a calculate with 2 fields , emergency and impact.

Like this

Emergency: High and Emergency: High = Priority: Blocker and SLA time is 4h

This fields will be used in the costumer portal.
