×How is it possible for a user to edit a link's url for an issue, i.e. it has been changed or a wrong one has been entered initially?
Is it only possible to remove and re-add it?
You will have to delete the wrong one and add the new one.
Hover over the link row and you will see the delete button on the right.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
So to make it clear to the Atlassian team and community, the answer right now is "NO!", it's 2020 and it's not possible to edit a web link.
So I'd say it's useless to have them. Just stick a link in the description, way faster and easier to edit.

For now, you will have to delete the incorrect one, and re-create.
This can be done by hovering over the link, and which will show a trash can icon.
If your really keen on seeing this, I raised a suggestion you can vote on.
