The active checkboxes are not coming up in the user profile to enable or disable the user access to jira core and jira service desk. The directory used is a Crowd test server. We are currently testing the functionalities and noticed this. Do help me resolve this issue.
Are you sure you haven't reached your user limit? check:

As a workaround for that, you can remove users from the default groups of the application accesses. So you will be removing the application access from them too.

Hello @Eduardo Santos thanks for the answer. I am aware of it, but any idea on how i can enable these? is there any application access need to be given from the Crowd application. this was a discrepancy found in our newly cloned instance so i wanted to find a solution for this.
