How to enable active checkbox for application access in a user profile?

Swaroop Thomas November 3, 2020

The active checkboxes are not coming up in the user profile to enable or disable the user access to jira core and jira service desk. The directory used is a Crowd test server. We are currently testing the functionalities and noticed this. Do help me resolve this issue. Capture.PNG

Are you sure you haven't reached your user limit? check:

https://YOUR_JIRA_SERVER/plugins/servlet/applications/versions-licenses

Hi @Swaroop Thomas

As a workaround for that, you can remove users from the default groups of the application accesses. So you will be removing the application access from them too.

Hello @Eduardo Santos  thanks for the answer. I am aware of it, but any idea on how i can enable these? is there any application access need to be given from the Crowd application. this was a discrepancy found in our newly cloned instance so i wanted to find a solution for this.
