How to get reports of licence usage for users

Hi All,

is there a way for us to create reports or dashboard to generate licence usage stats for "normal" users.

We have a customer where the management keeps wanting reports of how many licences are used, we don't want to give these managers admin access - too dangerous in case they push the wrong button somewhere. But we also don't want to waste our Admins time 1 to 3 times per week when the managers are asking.

We'd love to throw a dashboard plugin or report up, where they can see the number of users with active licences, even better would be reports of how many users in each group/licence type (ie. jira-core, jira-software, etc...)

The client is on server & data center. Request applies equally to the other products.

Hi Jörg,

There doesn’t seem to be any add-ons or reports that provide this exactly.  There are some SQL queries that can be run (for Jira specifically) or add-ons that can easily provide the counts - but these all still require some sort of manual intervention.
