Hi @lorena welcome to the community.
In agreement with @Jack Brickey here, a lot of this depends on how you've defined your backlog.  You could easily construct a filter as mentioned above by @Raja Shekher with modifications to suite your needs to get to your backlog.  Again though Kanban backlogs and Scrum backlogs don't necessarily work the same.  In Scrum you could filter by the sprint field not being EMPTY and the status.  Kanban you wouldn't get that same ability.
Another option would be to create a board that contains nothing but your backlog items, then display that board using the Agile Wallboard Gadget.

You can add the "JIRA Backlog" by going into the Confluence page and then add the JIRA Macro

  1. From the editor toolbar, choose Insert  > Other Macros.
  2. Choose Jira from the Development category.
  3. Enter a filter or search for a Jira issue.
  4. Choose Insert.

The Filter that you will enter should be the issues from your Project Backlog. For example: If you want to search issues from JIRA Project Test  assuming it has a status called "Backlog" then use something like this

Project = TEST and Status = "Backlog"

More info is available here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/jira-issues-macro-139380.html

Regards,

Raja

Please note that "status = backlog" will only work if your backlog is actually defined by that status. Often the status of issues in the backlog are "to do". Moreover, "to do" is often the status of the first column of your active sprint or kanban board.

Hi @lorena , Welcome to the community.

I'm not exactly sure what do you mean or desire by link. However, you can easily add a link to your confluence page and paste in the URL and provide the desired text to display. Maybe you are actually desiring to display the contents of your backlog in your confluence page? You can certainly do that by using JQL filters however, formatting is not going to appear just like it does in the Jira backlog.
