How to order Resolution values?

I use the jira.field.resolution.include parameter in the Properties of a workflow transition. How does one control the order/sequence that the value options are displayed? They are displayed by resolution id, regardless how they are entered when setting jira.field.resolution.include

For example, I enter 3,2,1 (Duplicate, Won't Fix, Fixed respectively). They are still displayed in this order, with Fixed as default.

    Fixed

    Won’t Fixed

    Duplicate

Is there a way to affect the order they are displayed and/or set a default value?

The order will always follow the order defined in the Resolution page (Administration » Issues » Resolutions) page (there is a "order" column)
