×How to prevent new issues from getting added to an epic which is already have gotten released.
Any solution on how this could be done ? Thank you
Hi there Aisha, generally the Epic would need to be resolved/done before it is released. If the Epic was not resolved before it was released, then other issues can indeed be added into the Epic via the Epic Link. While we could raise a feature request for this, would you mind sharing why the Epics were not resolved first before being released?
It'd help in the feature request as a sort of use case scenario.
@Theinvisibleman Hi Joe. Thank you for your reply.
We have a workflow status called "Released to Production" for our software projects. So, we had a complaint from our users that, even after an epic is been in the above final status (done), it still does allow new stories to be added to it.
So, is there any way, I could prevent new issues to be added to an epic once it has moved to a particular status.
Thank you !
