How to set the permission to limit team lead select himself to approve and reject his own plan?

When team lead do the Plantime in timesheet, team lead can select own name as reviewer. 

So how to set the permission so that the team lead can not Approve or Reject his own plan from his timesheet.

Hi,

to prevent a Team lead to approve his own Timesheet, he may not be Team member of his own Team. Team lead can only approve Timesheets of his Team members.
