How to set the "work log" calendar starts on Monday?

Hello,
if I go to "work log" dialogue window via dashboards (three points on the end of the line) and choose the "work log" - the calendar starts on Monday, but if I want to add work log from the detail of the ticket, the calendar starts on Sunday (see the picture below).
Is there any possibility to unify the calendars to both start on Monday?
