Hi,
Looking for some help on Jira Dashboards.
We have set up Jira Dashboard to track release level activities. It contains various gadgets consisting of 5 two dimensional issue statistics, 4 multiple filters, 4 issue statistics filters and 8 zephyr test execution gadgets.
As there are so many gadgets and new data might flow in, so we are planning to add more gadgets. However, from readability perspective, it could be tough.
we are looking to group gadgets based on
1. consolidated results across multiple projects
2. Individual project related gadgets.
Seeking suggestions on
1. Is there an option to expand / collapse [like in confluence] where we can sort the gadgets based on projects.
2. A better tracking mechanism to achieve the same.
Any help is much appreciated.
Thanks in anticipation
Hi @Gooty
while there is no such functionality, you can always try to channel all that data onto a confluence page.
Or perhaps you could try using multiple dashboards for specific purposes?
Would any of these work?
Thanks for your reply.
We do have multiple dashboards for individual projects, However, while presenting to higher management, we want to show consolidated and individual reports on a single dashboard.
Populating on confluence is the only way I see but we are facing some issues while populating zephyr test metrics on confluence page [zephyr blueprints expired]. So meanwhile, we were looking out for any other possible options.
