How to update the "get help" icon for a custom field

I'm trying to update the 'get help' icon to include details about the custom field.  Where do i navigate to do that?  See issue type field as an example.

@Eman Khan Issue type being a system field populated the 'help' icon content differently. For a custom field, you can only add a description below the field on create and edit screen as a help text. Assuming you are using a cloud instance where as for a data center, a help icon is still possible with the help of custom javascript.
