I can't change field order in screen - JIRA 6.1.2

Hi All

We're using JIRA 6.1.2. I can't change the order of fields in screen.

I tried in multiple browsers - IE, Chrome and Firefox, and in few computers.

Is that a known issue?

Ah yes I believe you mean this bug: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-35586. If so, the good news is it's fixed in 6.1.3.
