JIRA tickets raised by my team - Level 1 support and assigned to L2 support team member for further investigation. Post L2 team working on that, the issue will be assigned back to L1 team.
So am in need of those tickets that are assigned back to my team. I used IssueFuntion in lastcomment by. But, am able to mention only one name in lastcomment by field. Where as I need to mention all L2 team members.
Instead of trying to track the movement of issues (via Comment updates), why not use the Assignee (and its history) field?
You can use JQL like:
assignee was <L2 Support Team Member> and assignee != <L2 Support Team Member>
The above example finds issues which were assigned to a L2 Support Team Member -- but are no longer assigned to that member (e.g. now assigned back to L1 Support Team Member).
