I want script for ui fragment in jira data center

• I have a project named DEMO1. when i create a numbered ticket, i want to list similar tickets in a dropdown menu on the right side, based on the summary, to help find similar issues. i want script for UI fragments in Jira data center.
• Please find the screenshot for the menu button i added, but i am unable to list the similar issues. i need a script for UI fragment in Jira data center.

You would need to fetch all the issues in the UI fragment and then display what data you would want to be shown to the end user in HTML.

I would focus on the code logic to return the list of similar issues which can be done via JQL in code, then worry about the formatting later.
