I want to create a new group

Hello! I want to create a new group with just certain people so that it can be easier for sharing and giving access. I searched on how to do this but it only shows me how to do it on Atlassian. In my company we use Jira hosted on a server.

To create a group in Jira, you may refer to this documentation page.

Overall, the steps to create a group are the following.

1. In the upper-right corner of the screen, select Administration > User Management.
2. Under User management (the left-side panel), select Groups to open the Group browser. 
3. Type the new group name in the Add group form.
4. Select Add group and you're done.
