I want to reinvite a user who didn't accept the invitation

I need to send a second invite to a user who didn'ta ccept the invitation to join first time aruond but now the invitation has expired. i can't find a way to reinvite the user, or even delete their account so i can set up a new account for them

Check this out https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/87842 It appears to be a known limitation of JIRA at the moment, though.

EDIT: just checked with JIRA 6.4.3 and I successfully sent an invitation email a couple times for the same email address. Is this what you're looking for https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Managing+Users#ManagingUsers-Invitingusers ?
