If press ENTER instead of using CREATE button when CLONE an issue, creates 2 copies of the same issue. Bug in Plugin?

When a user CLONES an issue it creates 2 copies of the same issue. JIRA 4.4.

It looks like this bug is still occurring.  One of my users reported the problem and I was able to reproduce it.   When I clicked the "Create" button only one copy was created.  When I hit enter instead, 2 copies were created.

While testing today, when you Clone an issue and press the ENTER key instead of the CREATE button, it duplicates the Clone. Is this a bug in the plugin?
