Implementation of Tempo Timesheets

We use JIRA 6.3.12 and Tempo Timesheets 7.11.1.1. We just are beginning to use JIRA and we have to implement Tempo Timesheets by the end of this month. I have disabled in the system addons within Issue Operations Plugin the 'View Issue Ops Bar Work Link'. I don't see any difference on my issue screen. I still see the Log Work option on my 'More' in Jira. So if I log work on an issue how do I know if I'm using Tempo? Also when I click on the Tempo bar at the top, on the menu bar and click Tracker nothing happens. Do you know why?

Hi Kathy,

When disabling the View Issue Ops Bar Work Link, you disabled the JIRA Log Work dialog. Before disabling this, you had two links to "Log Work" and now only the Tempo Log Work link is available.

When you start the Tracker from the Tempo dropdown, it should show in the lower right corner of your JIRA Screen. Please take a look at https://tempoplugin.jira.com/wiki/display/TEMPO0711/Real-Time+Time+Tracking for more information.
