Insight date problem

I'm choosing date for example march and it show me February in field after i choose it. And every time it is 1 month back. What it can be the problem ?

I write to the atlassian suuport and they said  "it seems like a translation bug in the Date Picker - as once you have saved the Create / Edit screen, the Date on the Object will show correctly."

I would check the system time/date settings + see if switching the language to English temporarily surfaces the same issue.
