It is possible to install JIRA on web-host (not server, just host) with Apache Tomcat 7?

Yes, you'll need to use Jira 5.2 if you want to use Tomcat 7 on the server though, Jira 5.1 and below don't support it.

Apache modules: mod_rewrite, mod_ssl, mod_unique_id, mod_dav, wsgi_module and other

MySQL 5

Hi Alexander, can you explain more about the web-host? Do you have full administration access to it? Can you run your own programs?
