Hi,
I have a problem: If I logged in JIRA without check "Remember my login on this computer", when I enter to JIRA if I go to section 'Projects' I get a message that I'm logout and I have to log in ...
So If I don't check the option of remember, I can't work properly on my system.
In my web.xml I have value for 'session-timeout' of '300'.
I'm using JIRA (v5.2#812-sha1)
Also, I use CentOS release 5.7, using mysql Ver 14.12 Distrib 5.0.95 and Firefox 18.0.
I test JIRA 5.2.4 and it's not as often as with version 5.2 but sometimes I get the same error...
Any idea to solve problem??
Thanks in advance!
Can you cross check with any other browsers ? like crome or IE ?
You can also check for the system compatability here https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA052/Supported+Platforms.
I tried on latest version of Opera, Chrome and Firefox and doesn't work but in JIRA 5.2.4 works correctly...
The link that you put me don't exist... :(
Also, I erase my cookies and problem remains in JIRA 5.2 ...

Apparently it was a bug or error in my Jira system (the version I use is 5.2.1)...
I update to 5.2.4 and apparently works

I enable logs 'atlassian-jira-http-access.log' i 'atlassian-jira-http-dump.log' and I saw a strange thing: when system received a GET request, this doesn't has the JIRA user name that make the request. For some petitions apper but for other don't appear.
Why? This is the problem that the system log me out.
