IntegrityChecker showing White Screen

When I try running the Integrity Checker I get a white screen.   There is no error when I scan the logs but the workflow section seems to be causing it to timeout or crash.

However when I run the Check Issue for Relation 'RelatedOSWorkflowEntry' the system shows a white screen and dies!

Do you happen to have a reverse proxy in front of your JIRA instance?

Yes we do have a reverse proxy in place.
