Just a heads up: On March 24, 2025, starting at 4:30pm CDT / 21:30 UTC, the site will be undergoing scheduled maintenance for a few hours. During this time, the site might be unavailable for a short while. Thanks for your patience.
×We have multiple JIRA projects in our JIRA instance. We have recently rolled out JIRA Service Desk and have a separate JIRA service Desk Project.
We have been using the '@mentions' feature in our comments and other areas. After roll-out of our service desk I can see that the '@mentions' user list dropdown now contains the Service Desk customers and a user using '@mentions' can select them from another project.
I would like to NOT have customers as an option in the '@mention' user list.
Is it possible to restrict or specify who gets listed/displayed in the '@mentions' User dropdown?
I also wish this could be possible, but found the following https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-37386
