Is it possible to switch account to JIRA cloud?

Dear Sirs,

You kindly granted me an unlimited JIRA license because I developed the OSS PODAM. I heard that now JIRA runs in the cloud and was wondering whether the license you granted me could be transferred to the cloud. The idea is that I'd like to stop using my HW and use JIRA on the cloud instead.

Would that be possible?

I'm not sure of the details of your license, but you should shoot your questions to sales@atlassian.com. They have control over all licensing things and they should be able to answer your question.
