I have recently taken over as the Jira admin for a company that has over 60 projects setup in Jira and one of my first tasks was to "clean up" our implementation. So my first thought was if I had a report that showed what Workflow Schemes, Screen Schemes, Fields, etc. each Project was using it might help me determine my starting point. If there is a tool or add-on that'd be a huge help instead of going into the properties of each Project.
Hi @Robert Roper,
This is Laura from DEISER Team.
Have a look at Profields add-on in the Marketplace.
With the new feature Bulk Operations you can delete all the projects & its related schemes (not dshared) just in 3 clicks.
I hope this helps you to save a lot of time.
If you have any other doubt please let me know.
Regards,
Laura
Hi Robert,
You can find workflow schemes, custom fields, issue types and other configurations associated to all projects by pressing "period" on any page, so a search box will show up and you can search for the desired configuration.
Also, you can go to Jira settings > Issues that has the same options on the sidebar.
These configurations are global that's why you will be able to check on this menu, but, for example, automation, SLAs and some other configurations you can only change in the project.
If you have any other question, please let us know.
Regards,
Angélica
