Is there any impact of DVCS sync when rate limit is applied to jira

Hi Community,

I would like to know if we have implemented a rate limit of 2 requests per second for all Jira REST calls. Does this affect accounts that are configured via DVCS? 

Additionally, I am curious if anyone using automation for Jira with incoming webhooks from GitHub has experienced issues related to this. We occasionally receive a "429 Too Many Requests" error.

All those automation and global webhooks are using an anonymous bot account, once we increase its rate limit or remove the automation works fine
