There is also a way to avoid additional apps - to use the pager/start URL parameter to work around by adjusting the index value to export issues, so all you need is to moderate your own link for export specifying ranges of issues -> check "Workaround 2" for details here https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/export-over-1000-results-to-excel-from-jira-cloud-779160833.html

If you want more results in a filter you can configure the advanced setting

jira.search.views.default.max
(The default maximum number of issues exported from search results. Users can override the default by changing the URL 'tempMax' parameter. This value must always be lower than or equal to the 'jira.serach.views.max.limit' value. When set to '0' there is no default limit applied, but the value of 'jira.search.views.max.limit' still applies.)
