Hi There,
I am new to the PM world and Jira in particular.
How do I pull a Historical Report in Jira per sprint where I am able to see exactly when a Jira ticket was created in each sprint to separate the tickets according to status?
Hoping this makes sense?
Thanks,
Sharmaine
We use JIRA 7.12 server version.
The Sprint Report will provide the list of issues which were assigned to a specific sprint. You can get the 'history' of previously completed sprints.
However, the Report does not show issues which were created during the Sprint. It shows whether an issue (assigned to the Sprint) was:
1. Completed (during the sprint)
2. Not completed (during the sprint)
3. Removed (from the sprint)
Note: There is another section in the Sprint Report called 'Issues completed outside the sprint' (but I don't understand why issues are listed in this section).
