Can we deactivate JIRA cloud users every month automatically based on some time constraint

I found this other question that might help as well Bulk User Deactivation in Jira

The problem is, I couldn't find a way to schedule it to run on a monthly basis as you want it. There are third-party apps that might help you with that such as User Deactivator For Jira.

The thing is, the app description says that it sets a schedule to automatically deactivate users that haven't been active for a period of time. Would that be the case? 

Anyway, if that is something that might help you, I'd suggest contacting the responsible vendor to clarify it and make sure it meets your requirements.

there is not means to auto-deactivate users. it is a manual Jira admin function. depending on your "time constraint" requirements maybe you could create a JQL filter and subscription that could convey the list of users that need to be deactivated so that the admin would get an email as a reminder w/ list of names.
