Hello

Can i change existing system components?

E.g.: Project components tab - create new component - i need to add few custom fields here (index, config, etc...)

Because in plugin modules i didnt find something similar

What you describe is a customization of JIRA, probably best avoided.

Have you not considred just contributing a new addon with what you need, like a Complex Component Custom Field?   That way, your edit time view can be more complex, with config, and your runtime view can be the output of the config, i.e. presented in a simpler way.
