JIRA tickets won´t show on board

Hello Atlassian,

our JIRA don´t show all existing tickets in our project. Only some of them are shown on board. Any Ideas why it happens?

Here are tickets, that acutally exist in our porject:

My guess is that the missing issues have a released version on them.

Hm... I´ve checked it alredy, but it´s unfortunately not that case... Some of these missing issues are even not done.

Ok, o I'm assuming this board is a Kanban - can you now check that the configuration of the board columns include all status - there's no unmapped status anywhere?

Oh, I´m verry sorry. The missing issues acutally had a released version of them. Thank you very much.
