Currently it gives report as per users uncer workload tab

can i get report as per labels on ticekt?

Probably I'm not understanding you.

The plugin measures the workload for each user. In the y axis we'll have the users and in the x axis the issues.

If you want to filter the issues per label you can set a filter in the issue navigator and then you can use it in the filter selector.
