Jira Administration Certification- Is it yet available

At the 2013 Summit, It was mentioned that there is a Jira Admin Certification Available or Coming Soon. Does anyone know if that has come to fruition or not and if so, where do I find information on it?

That's a really useful exam which costs ~$20/month to keep because it costs $350 and expires in 18 months. A little bit more than my unlimited 4G mobile plan. 

Double the costs if you want to add Confluence. Anyway, the fame of being a certified ACP is priceless.
