Jira Atlas-run server: System plug-ins failed to load

Deleted user September 25, 2018

I've been following the Jira HelloWorld documentation here:

https://developer.atlassian.com/server/framework/atlassian-sdk/create-a-helloworld-plugin-project/

Ran the Atlas-run command which ran without issues.

When I go to localhost:2990/Jira I get a screen saying Jira had problems starting up.

The error message beneath reads:

System plugins failed to start: We haven't been able to start all the required system plugins

Can you help me troubleshoot this so I can log-on to the server correctly.

I'll include an image with the full list of plugins that failed to start.

It works as expected in most of cases, so you should check all the general requirement:

  • Java version,
  • JAVA_HOME configuration,
  • Enough disk space,
  • Ehough RAM

My Java version is 10.0.2, do you know if that version is supported?

I'll look at disk space & Ram although I don't think this would be the cause.

Thanks for the reply.
