Jira Automatically add user to other viewers if a field has a propriety selected

Hello,

I need to add someone automatically in the other viewers IF a custom value has been selected in another custom field at the creation of the ticket.

Is this possible?

I have a drop down (custom field) and depending of the value that has been selected there, jira should automatically add into the other viewers a person.

How can i achive this?

I'm not pretty sure about the field and action you want to perform, but I think you can use JIRA's Post functions to accomplish this task.
