Jira Automation - Cron Expression to run once per year

I am looking to create a jira automation that will run once per year, on December 31st, using a Cron expression.

Has anyone tried this? Would the CRON expression be...

0 0 20 31 11 ? *

(0 seconds, 0 minutes, 8pm, 31st day, 11 month (dec), ? day of week, and * every year)

December is the 12th month. The month numbers are 1 through 12, not 0 through 11.

Otherwise it looks correct.

Note that will be 8 pm UTC, not 8 pm in your local timezone.

Thank you! I found a cron expression checker after I submitted the question. 

0 0 20 1/31 12 ? *

At 08:00 PM, every 31 days, only in December
