Hi, I want to adjust and improve the Confluence knowledge base articles displayed inside Jira projects:
1) in the customer portal on the right, where customers fill in the ticket form
2) the section "related kb articles" inside the ticket
How can I improve that? At the moment, there are always shown confluence sites which do not fit into the relating request/ticket topic and not the ones user would expect and need (for example instructions for specific applications).

The suggested articles should be related to the tags on the article vs the components or labels you've added to your JSD ticket, I believe. Sometimes I still find mine are not the MOST appropriate, but it usually gives a fairly close guess. If it's not right, I search and find the one I'm after.
