In Jira Search page my filter is looking for issues that are in status RESOLVIDO or DEVOLVIDO (besides other filters).
The search returns only a single issue that is under these conditions (see image Img1.jpg) and it seems to be fine...
BUT, when I open the issue, it is really, in ANOTHER status (see image Img2.jpg)!
And THIS status is the correct one! In fact, the issue IS really in ENCERRADO status!
When I check these statuses in the workflow I notice that both of them have different step IDs, as it was expected (see Img3.jpg)
And in the transitions tab of the issue, I can check when this transition correctly took place in a previous date. See Img4.jpg.
Any clues, please? I have other automated processes that trust in the issue statuses, and this odd situation is bringing problems to such automations!
Thanks in advance.
Antoni
Just to be sure of what you're searching... click on Advanced and take a look at the actual JQL expression

Now that I see the inconsistency between the searched status and the actual status... forget about the JQL. I would say you just need to reindex to fix that.
Please try it and let me know.

I'll try that. But obeying some IT rules internal to the company, JIRA reindexing is allowed only on non-working hours.
As soon as I get some news, I'll return to you.
Thanks, Iago.

Hi, @Iago Docando ,
The reindexing was done and everything is fine, now!
Thanks for your clues!
