Jira Slack integration doesn't save subscription filter

In our team we have been using the Slack integration with Jira. For one of our channels we want a very specific subscription based on team and a certain label.

I have used the JQL query to filter on the team and label. This works for some time, however, Jira seems to forget this filter even when I have used the button save. It says the filter is saved but the next day or so I look at the subcription, it will have reverted back to the 'Basic' query and does not take into account the JQL filter.

Does anyone know what is going wrong?

Hey @Cathelijne Rutten, I can't help with your exact question however if you are after an alternative solution you could check out stratejos - the intelligent assistant for tech teams.

stratejos lets you define custom messages - schedule, content & JQL, for any public Slack channel.

Good luck getting you notifications running :)
