Inactive Workflow Scheme.
Inactive workflows
Inactive Issue Type Screen Schemes
Inactive Screen Schemes.

all unused data in Jira, do we have any scripts or Automation rest API's of this

one more request 

we are using user management by Active Directory, user's login with Active Directory. 

how can we clean up users, who are inactive and never log users?

can you help me with this.

my suggestion is to make them inactive on AD side.
