Jira incoming mails via local file problem

Hello,

I have to move incoming mails from mail-account to local filesystem.

I have 2 problems:

1. no description added

2. how can I set the priority like in mail?

here is an example which works like in Jira-Doku (except description)

To: a1@example.co
From: a2@example.com
Subject: issue summary title
this is the description


Can someone please help with an example that works with description and priority?

the problem is solved:

there must be an empty line before the description starts

Please note that the issue creation is driven by the mail handler configured by the administrator. You need to select the appropriate handler that suits your requirement.
