I have an Iphone max running IOS 12.1.2. I downloaded the latest version of Jira from the Apple app store. I login with the same ID that I use on my laptop and it gives me a message that " we couldn't find a site" - looks you don't have access to Jira.
What site do you log into Jira on your laptop?
Does it end in atlassian.net, or is it an internal enterprise address?
If it's the latter, then the mobile app won't work, as that hasn't been released yet.
It's the latter - thanks for the update. Any idea when that version will release? Also, how would I have known that this support is not available yet?

Hi Rudy,
Jira 8 should be out "soon" - next few months, beta has been released and it probably makes sense for it to be announced at Atlassian Summit in April.
You can find out exactly when it will be out at https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/mobile-app/server by submitting details in the form. This will of course require your Jira instance to be upgraded.
Typically to keep up to date with these things, I search the forums here, or search JAC (jira.atlassian.com), where you can see Atlassian's public backlog - https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-46149.
Hope that helps!

Rudy,
Are you using SAML?
If so you might be running into this bug
* https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/ID-6658
I'd try clearing my cache and cookies on my iPhone:
* https://kb.wisc.edu/page.php?id=24085
And retrying.
Just tried it on my iPhone XS Max same version and works for me. It seems to be a login issue (SAML) or (SSO) between the JIRA and the App.
