Jira upgrade to latest version. 6.3.9

Hi Guys,

Is it safe to upgrade our JIRA instance from 6.1.5 to 6.3.9? I did run the JIRA update check and it seems like all our plugins are compatible as long as the latest version is installed.

Probably.  The only way to be sure is to test it.

Newer version includes all minor upgrade procedures.

You can jump to 6.3.9 from 6.x
